Since the foundation of IRIS Emission Service Limited the Ignazio Messina C. S.p.A. Shipping Company has been assisted in the maintenance and calibration of the gas analyzer probes, installed on our Wartsila EGCS.

In these years, thanks to the skill of both technical and administrative personnel, the service offered has been precise and efficient, all troubles occurred on board had been identified and promptly solved in addition to planned maintenance.

At Aberthaw Power Station in South Wales, we have worked very closely with the staff at IRIS Emissions Services Ltd, (formerly as Procal) for the past 20+ years. There is a wealth of product and regulation knowledge within the team, and a genuine sense of pride in their product.

We have shared the journey through various changes in emission legislation over the decades and IRIS have always been there to support the transitions and to offer solutions to existing or new challenges.

Always willing to support over the phone with technical support and respond in a very timely manner when a site presence is required. (Although during a 20 year relationship, and with 9 P2000’s continuously in service, the need for a site visit outside of service intervals has been few and far between).

There is a very good understanding of the product, and what is required to maintain accurate and reliable CEMS 24/7/365.

We have worked with the IRIS Emissions Services team over the last 18 months. They have provided on ship and remote service support for the analysers operating on the EGCS installed on a number of our vessels. We particularly appreciate their communication, flexibility and responsiveness in supporting us and the follow up work offered.

We have been using IRIS Emission Services Limited for a number of years now and both the remote and site based service has been excellent. The reliability of the equipment has been very good and IRIS have always been helpful and supportive in maintaining this whilst maximising the performance of our analysers, beyond the scope of regular servicing.
